Mali Pregnancy & Parenting App

The Mali Pregnancy & Parenting application guides you and your family through your pregnancy journey and the first 1000 days of your child's development, from conception to the second year of age. Mali has been the chosen companion for over 10,000 parents, join their community here.

Mali provides social support in the form of Mummy Group Chats! To access this group please follow this link, their website or app.

Group Support

Small group discussions lasting 90 minutes, with the first 30mins educating about Postpartum Depression ("PPD") and other Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders ("PMADs").  The next 60 minutes group members share and talk with each other.

The group discussion is led by a facilitator, familiar with PMADs. These groups have shown to be helpful to mums going through difficulties with PPD.

We currently have limited group sessions as we get facilitators on board. Please join our mailing list to be kept up to date. If you would like to be a Group Support Facilitator or experienced a PMAD yourself and would like to act as mentor, please let us know by filling in this survey.

Peer Support

One-on-one support from someone who has been through postpartum depression or a PMAD themselves.

We are currently recruiting lived-experience mentors but can offer some support. Please fill out this survey or contact us via Line (@pamfoundation) if you would like to speak with someone and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

If you feel you may be suffering from mental health problems, know that it is not your fault, and you are not to blame.

Inform your partner, try to find support groups of people who go through the same, and seek professional help before it affects your and your child’s health. With help, you can prevent a worsening of the symptoms and can recover fully.
