EVENT SUMMARY
An iconic route
A meaningful cause
On Sunday 22 November 2026, PAM Foundation founder Hamish Magoffin will attempt to set a new record running the iconic “Bondi to Manly Walk” — roughly 80 km in under 6 hours.
The run takes place on the opening day of Australia’s Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) Week, 22–28 November. It offers businesses a timely way to support expectant and new mothers’ mental health and start conversations with staff and customers.
PURPOSE BEYOND THE RECORD
1 in 6 mums
1 in 10 dads
Approximately one in 6 mums and one in ten dads experience perinatal depression and anxiety in Australia.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of mental health during pregnancy and after birth, and funding for PAM Foundation’s awareness and education, care and research.
