EVENT SUMMARY

An iconic route
A meaningful cause

On Sunday 22 November 2026, PAM Foundation founder Hamish Magoffin will attempt to set a new record running the iconic “Bondi to Manly Walk” — roughly 80 km in under 6 hours.

We’re bringing together runners to pace him, help with navigation and raise awareness and funds for mothers’ mental health during pregnancy and after birth.

WHAT'S INVOLVED FOR RUNNERS

Find your "Chapter"
Run or Support

This is a serious, timed record attempt. Your role and distance will be agreed before the day.

Interested?  Fill out some details here and we'll be in touch.

01 / PACE

Roughly 4:00/km

Be comfortable running at around this pace for the distance you agree to cover. The exact pace plan will be confirmed for your leg.

02 / DISTANCE

Run an agreed leg

You do not need to run the full route. Tell us the distance you can cover, and we’ll discuss which section could work for you.

03 / ROUTE

Know the route

The full course has around 1,500 m of climbing. Ideally, you’ll know your section well enough to guide Hamish through tricky turns. A recce before 21 November would help.

Not sure the pace is for you?

No worries!  Get in touch to figure out how else to support.

THE ROUTE

THE STORY BEHIND THE RUN

About PAM Foundation

The Pranaiya & Arthur Magoffin Foundation was established to address perinatal mental health problems through awareness and education, care and research. Its goals and reach are global, with much of its on-the-ground work undertaken in Thailand.

In 2021, Hamish lost his wife Pranaiya and their six-month-old son Arthur to postpartum depression. He established PAM Foundation in their names to continue their legacy.

Born and raised in Sydney, Hamish has established the foundation in the UK and US. This run brings that mission to his home city.
